



Before joining RPM, Katherine served as a regional attorney with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, where she handled complex child welfare cases across Texas. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the intricacies of family law and the importance of advocating for the well-being of children and families.
During her time in law school, Katherine gained valuable experience through various internships and positions. She interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Texas, where she was exposed to federal law and litigation. Additionally, she served as a legal research assistant for Professor Gerry Beyer, honing her research skills and developing a strong foundation in legal analysis.
Katherine also spent two years clerking for a general practice law firm in Lubbock, Texas, where she gained hands-on experience in a variety of legal matters. This diverse background has equipped Katherine with a unique blend of experience in family law, federal law, and general litigation, making her a valuable asset to RPM.
