Medina, Pablo

Pablo D. Medina is an associate attorney at RPM, where he focuses on the firm’s civil defense litigation. Before joining RPM, Pablo developed a diverse civil defense litigation background at another civil defense firm in San Antonio, representing clients on various matters, including dram shop liability, premises liability, personal injury defense, and medical malpractice defense work. Through that experience, Pablo developed a strong foundation in all stages of litigation. Representing clients throughout the litigation process, developing case strategy, assessing liability and damage issues, and working toward favorable outcomes through motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. As a native Spanish speaker, Pablo provides bilingual advocacy for his clients. Born in Torreón, Mexico, and raised in El Paso, Texas, Pablo graduated from a dual-enrollment high school, earning both his associate’s degree and high school diploma. He attended St. Mary’s University, where he completed a B.A. in Sociology in two years with honors, magna cum laude, and authored a published article through St. Mary’s University’s Research Scholars Program. He then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, earning scholarships and honors/awards throughout his legal education, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2024.

Before law school, Pablo interned at the El Paso County Attorney’s Office, where he helped translate and prepare legal documents for clients who spoke English and Spanish. This early courtroom experience played a role in shaping his dedication to client advocacy and trial work.

During law school, he distinguished himself both academically and professionally. He served as a research assistant to Professor Vincent R. Johnson for the seventh edition of Studies in American Tort Law, gaining valuable experience in tort law, and worked as a student attorney at a criminal and family law firm in San Antonio, where he supported multiple jury trials and acquired firsthand litigation experience. Currently, Pablo advocates for clients through all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
