Javier is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in both Central and South Texas. He has a B. S. Degree in Pharmacy and was an H.E.B. pharmacist while attending law school in Waco, Texas. Now, he uses his medical background and training in the representation of medical professionals as well as to assist in handling personal injury cases. He has represented physicians, pharmacists, attorneys and therapists before their respective professional boards. He also represents businesses and individuals with real estate, construction, commercial and business litigation needs in addition to defending companies and drivers involved in all manner of transportation litigation.

He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, former president of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, a board member of the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program, a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel as well as a member of the American Society for Pharmacy Law.
Personal
Javier stays busy with his family and 2 children in college. He enjoys reading non-fiction, and history books, fly fishing and anything science.
