Frances M. Maldonado Returns to the El Paso Office

Frances is a native El Pasoan and UTEP graduate. Frances returns to RPM after taking a brief hiatus to assist the El Paso District Attorney’s office with the COVID-19 pandemic related backlog of high-profile felony cases. During this time, she handled several jury trials and contested matters in criminal cases including sexual assaults, drug related offenses, and aggravated assaults to final judgment in the 34th District Court, with the Honorable William E. Moody presiding. Frances is a skilled litigator with experience in handling criminal cases, municipal litigation, and insurance defense cases. Frances enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures and cuisines, yoga, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
