Ms. Holder focuses on complex commercial civil litigation, particularly involving personal injuries. She has significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation. Prior to joining Ray Peña McChristian, Ms. Holder was the Lead and Managing attorney for staff counsel of a Fortune 100 carrier for nine years. She handles commercial, complex, Worker's Compensation, Construction Defect, and Trucking Accident cases. Before diving into civil litigation, Ms. Holder was a prosecutor and for a short time, a sole proprietor. Uniquely, Ms. Holder was also a legal assistant /paralegal for a decade before making the decision to go to law school, giving her a granular understanding of case handling and great organizational skills.
