Julie E. Boren has been a licensed Attorney in the State of Texas for the past 17 years. Julie was in solo private practice, an Assistant District Attorney in the 38th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Hondo, Texas, an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General’s Office – Child Support Division, and prior to that an attorney in private practice for law firms focused on all types of litigation and transactional representation including, business entity formation and litigation, and risk assessment in the context of business strategy. She has also represented and advised companies with regard to real estate investment and project development, drafted and negotiated contracts and other legally binding agreements, and enforced covenants through litigation. Created bid proposals for the purchase of assets and advise business entities of the legal and ethical ramifications of various business practices.
